Free trial first: ₹1 verification, then no charge without your payment
The 30-day free trial gives full access to your selected plan. At signup you complete a one-time ₹1 payment-method verification through our payment gateway (Razorpay); the ₹1 is refunded automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, and depending on your bank the refund typically reflects within 5–7 working days. At the end of the trial a 7-day grace period begins: your account stays active and a payment request is sent. If you don't pay, your account simply moves to read-only mode. Apart from the ₹1 verification, no charge ever happens without your explicit payment.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions (Starter ₹1,499/mo + 18% GST, Professional ₹2,999/mo + 18% GST) may be cancelled at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep full access until then. Payments already made for the current period are not refunded, as each period is paid only after you've chosen to continue.
Annual plans
Annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term once paid, though you can disable renewal at any time. You keep full access until the end of the paid term.
How refunds are processed
- Request a refund by emailing our billing team (below) from your registered account email, quoting your invoice number.
- Eligible refunds are returned to the originating payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval, by NEFT bank transfer or Razorpay (UPI, card, or netbanking), matching the method the payment was made with.
- Billing status, as of 15 August 2026: payment collection is active, and the refund terms on this page apply in full.
- Duplicate payments and billing errors on our side are always refunded in full, with no time limit.
GST & credit notes
All payments are invoiced GST-compliant, with the correct tax treatment applied automatically: CGST and SGST where your business is in Gujarat, IGST where it is in any other state.
Where a refund is approved, a GST credit note is raised against the original invoice so your input tax credit records stay clean. Credit notes are currently prepared with our chartered accountant rather than issued automatically by the system, so please allow up to 10 to 15 business days for it to reach you after your refund is processed — the refund itself is not held up by it.
