Free trial first: you are never charged automatically
The 30-day free trial gives full access to your selected plan with no credit card required. At the end of the trial a 7-day grace period begins: your account stays active and a payment request is sent. If you don't pay, your account simply moves to read-only mode. No charge ever happens without your explicit payment.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions (Starter ₹1,499/mo + 18% GST, Professional ₹2,999/mo + 18% GST) may be cancelled at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep full access until then. Payments already made for the current period are not refunded, as each period is paid only after you've chosen to continue.
Annual plans
Annual plans carry a 30-day money-back window: if you cancel within 30 days of payment, we refund the full amount. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, though you can disable renewal at any time.
How refunds are processed
- Request a refund by emailing our billing team (below) from your registered account email, quoting your invoice number.
- Payment collection is not yet active (see the Terms of Service), and no refunds are therefore currently applicable. Once billing begins, eligible refunds will be returned to the originating payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval. The available methods will be NEFT bank transfer and/or Razorpay (UPI, card, or netbanking), once each is live. This section will be updated with confirmed timelines once payment collection commences.
- Duplicate payments and billing errors on our side are always refunded in full, with no time limit.
GST & credit notes
All payments are invoiced GST-compliant. Approved refunds are accompanied by a GST credit note against the original invoice, so your input tax credit records stay clean.
